This is going to be a really unpopular opinion but I just wanted it out.

If LIS is a platform for representation of diversity, it makes no sense to shit on it when it’s not about YOUR diversity.

As much as I enjoy the LIS cast, I’m glad they’re not in the sequel. Seriously, what could they do with the cast at this point? Another prequel of a prequel? The ending of LIS is purely optional based on your decision, so it can’t be ‘oh, its Max and Chloe’s adventures after Arcadia Bay’, no? Not everyone picked that option. You can’t make a game based on that alone. Dontnod told a great story, a heart-wrenching one that we all love, and they were kind enough to try to please the fans by doing a prequel where they shed more light to a doom cast but that’s it. The cast is officially wrapped. You can’t do more to it. :(

And as much as I’d love another gay story because the medium is so tiny for it, it would be boring. You have to be fresh in the industry or LIS would be stuck in stagnation of just gay culture. Not much is revealed yet for LIS2, and our speculation is rudimentary. But it’s getting so much hate just because Chloe isn’t there anymore and that’s just childish.

Well, that’s all I wanted to say.
